23. APPROVAL OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH BOB ARCHULETA FOR USE OF A PORTION OF THE\nFACILITY LOCATED AT 12131 TELEGRAPH ROAD (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the License Agreement between the City of Santa Fe Springs and Bob Archuleta for the\nuse of designated office space within the facility located at 12131 Telegraph Road; and\n2. Directs the City Attorney to make clarifying changes necessary to effectuate the intent of the\nPlan; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement and any related documents in form approved by\nthe City Attorney; and\n4. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
