19. DECLARATION OF A PORTION OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY (APN: 8008-029-901) LOCATED IN\nTHE CITY OF SANTA FE SPRINGS AS SURPLUS LAND (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Find that this action is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”); and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 10019, declaring a portion of real property owned by the City of Santa Fe\nSprings (“City”) as surplus land and not necessary for the agency’s use pursuant to the Surplus\nLand Act (Gov. Code § 54220 et seq.); and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
