24. APPROVAL OF USE AGREEMENT FOR ATHLETIC FIELDS AND FACILITIES WITH THE AMERICAN\nYOUTH SOCCER ORGANIZATION (AYSO) REGION 75 (PARKS AND RECREATION)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the Use Agreement between the City of Santa Fe Springs and the American Youth\nSoccer Organization (AYSO) Region 75 for the use of Athletic Fields and Facilities at Los Nietos\nPark and Lake Center Athletic Park through June 30, 2027; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, subject to approval as to\nthe form by the City Attorney; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
