Public Hearing to Adopt Resolution No. 26-23, Repealing Resolution No. 22-20, and Adopting a\nComprehensive Service Fee Study to Modify the Master Fee and Fine Schedule (page 177)\nPresented by the Community Development Director/Assistant City Manager\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1) Receive staff and consultant presentation summarizing the\ncomprehensive service fee study and proposed comprehensive\nservice and user fees; and\n2) Open the public hearing and receive comments and testimony; and\n3) Adopt Resolution 26-23, repealing Resolution No. 22-20, and adopting\nthe attached comprehensive user and service fee study modifying the\nexisting master fee and fine schedule.
