1.H\nApprove the Engineer’s Report Detailing Sewer Service Charges for Fiscal Year\n2026-27 (Sanitation District)\nReference: Izzy Murguia, Public Works Director\nRecommendation: 1) Adopt a Resolution approving the Engineer’s Report\ndetailing sewer service charges for Fiscal Year 2026-27; and 2) Direct the District\nClerk to cause notice of the filing of the Engineer’s Report and schedule a Public\nHearing for considering adoption of the Engineer’s Report and authorizing\nsubmittal of sewer service charges to the San Diego County Auditor and\nController for inclusion on the Fiscal Year 2026-27 property tax statements.
