29. 26-55468\nRecommendation to adopt Specifications No. RFP PW-25-659 and award\ncontracts to Facility Optimization Solutions LLC, of Buffalo, NY, and The Gordian\nGroup, Inc., of GA, doing business as The Mellon Group, of Greenville, SC, for\nproviding Job Order Contracting program software and support services, in a total\nannual aggregate amount not to exceed $1,500,000, for a period of three years,\nwith the option to renew for two additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the\nCity Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nnecessary to enter into the contracts, including any necessary subsequent\namendments.
