Adoption of Resolution No. 26-24 Approving the Engineer’s Report, Confirming the Diagram and\nLevying the Annual Assessment to Maintain the City of Cudahy Street Lighting Assessment\nDistrict (page 369)\nPresented by the Finance Director\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Open the public hearing and receive comments; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 26-24 Approving the Engineer’s Report,\nConfirming the Diagram and Levying the Annual Assessment to\nMaintain the City of Cudahy Street Lighting Assessment District for\nFiscal Year (FY) 2026/2027; and\n3. Direct staff to forward Resolution No. 26-24 to the Los Angeles\nCounty Assessor before the August 10th deadline.
