5. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ATTIC PROJECTS FOR\nEMERGENCY PEST REMEDIATION SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nA. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Attic Projects\nfor emergency pest remediation services for $56,300; and\nB. Appropriate $56,300 from the unassigned General Fund balance to fund\nemergency pest remediation services.
