Item 50: Pure Water – Fifth Amendment to the Agreement with Trussell Technologies, Inc. for\nSpecialized Technical Support Services for North City Pure Water Facility and\nDemonstration Pure Water Facility (H186591).\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe current contract amount and expiration date are $8,050,000 and February 25, 2028,\nrespectively. Authorization of this Fifth Amendment to the Agreement will increase the\nnot-to-exceed amount of the agreement by $6,650,000 to a total of $14,700,000 and\nextend the contract duration by another three (3) years for a contract expiration date of\nFebruary 25, 2031.
