Item 101: Water Rights Agreement Between the City of San Diego and the City of Poway.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nRevenue generating item:\n1. Revenue due from the City of Poway to the City of San Diego from 2017 to 2025, in an\namount not-to-exceed $534,266, in accordance with the previous Water Rights\nAgreement.\n2.
