10.D. Award of Public Works Contract to Sebastian Waterworks, Inc., DBA Mr. Rooter\nPlumbing of South San Gabriel for On-Call Commercial Plumbing Services\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an on-call public works contract, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, with Sebastian Waterworks, Inc., DBA Mr. Rooter\nPlumbing of South San Gabriel for on-call commercial plumbing services at City-\nowned facilities for a total contract amount of $300,000, with a not to exceed amount\nof $60,000 per task order, for an initial 3-year term beginning July 1, 2026 through\nJune 30, 2029; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to 14 California Code of Regulations § 15301\nas a Class 1 categorical exemption (Existing Facilities). The Project results in minor\nalterations to existing public facilities involving no significant expansion of the existing use.\nThe Project is not anticipated to have any significant impacts regarding noise, air quality, or\nwater quality.
