27. CONTRACT EXTENSION: EUROFINS EATON ANALYTICAL LLC FOR WATER\nQUALITY TESTING LABORATORY SERVICES – F2M21-29, C2M24-32, M2M26-97\nState Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to conduct a variety of sampling and\nanalytical analyses for drinking water. Eurofins Eaton Analytical currently provides testing\nservices for the City. The level of services provided has been acceptable; therefore, staff\nis recommending they continue to provide laboratory services. If approved, the contract\nperiod will begin July 1, 2026 and continue through June 30, 2027. This is the second one-\nyear contract extension of the three additional one-year terms approved under the original\ncontract. The total contract price under the extension shall not exceed $135,000.00.\nRecommended Action: City Council approve the option to extend the existing\ncontract with Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC. (C2M24-32), subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $135,000 for\nwater quality testing laboratory services for the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027; and\ndirect staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize the Council’s decision.
