30. CONTRACT EXTENSION: HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING\n(HVAC) MAINTENANCE SERVICES – F2M22-44, C2M22-42, M2M26-99\nStaff is requesting the City Council approve Amendment No. 4 to the agreement with\nAllison Mechanical, Inc. to allow the second and final extension to the agreement from\nJuly 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 in the amount of $133,199.00. In addition, staff is requesting\nto add $45,000.00 to the contract for repairs and emergency call outs. There are HVAC\nrelated repairs that are already identified and are being deferred to the new fiscal year.\nFor repairs that exceeds the threshold amount, or for capital projects, staff will solicit for\nproposals.\nRecommended Action: City Council approve Amendment No. 4, amending the term\nand contract costs with Allison Mechanical, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $178,199.00,\nfrom July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC)\nmaintenance and repairs, subject to final language approval by the City Manager and the\nCity Attorney; and, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize the Council’s\naction.
