22. NOTICE INVITING BIDS: FIRE STATION 73 PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\n– F2M26-32, N2M26-77\nThe parking lot at Fire Station 73 is old and deteriorated. It requires complete renovation.\nPlans and specifications have been prepared to rehabilitate the parking area. Bids are due\nno later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026 in the office of the City Clerk, and will\nbe opened at 11:00 a.m. that same day.\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize staff to circulate a Notice Inviting Bids\nto prospective contractors for the Fire Station 73 Parking Lot Improvement Project; and,\ndirect staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
