10. RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY’S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE – F2M2-90,\nR2M26-17\nAs part of the biennial review process, staff has reviewed the City’s Conflict of Interest\nCode and the current list of positions listed in the Code and is recommending the attached\namendment, which will bring current the list of positions, titles and the categories under\nwhich they are required to report their financial interests.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Resolution No. R2M26-17 entitled: A\nInterest Code; and, direct the City Clerk to incorporate the amendment into the City’s\nConflict of Interest Code.
