Fiscal Year 2027 and 2028 Destination Business\nPlan Budget, Leisure Marketing (TOT) Fiscal Year 2027-28 Budget and\nPerformance Standards Report\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or\nindirectly;\nb) Review and approve and/or modify the FY 2027 and 2028 Visit Newport Beach\nDestination Business Plan and Performance Standards Report; and\nc) Review and approve the Visit Newport, Inc.
