4.F. ADDENDUM NO. 14 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TOWNSEND PUBLIC AFFAIRS, INC. (TPA) FOR\nLEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS CONSULTING SERVICES AND AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO\nCONTRACT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES WITH TPA FOR CLIMATE RESILIENCY AND\nSUSTAINABILITY GRANT WRITING SERVICES\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve Addendum No. 14 to the agreement with Townsend Public Affairs, Inc.\n(TPA) for legislative advocacy and public affairs consulting services in the amount of $96,900; 2) Approve\nAmendment No. 2 to the agreement with TPA for climate resiliency and sustainability grant writing services in\nthe amount of $60,000; 3) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to make any necessary, non-monetary\nchanges to the agreements; and 4) Authorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreements.
