Adopt Resolution No. 11704. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange\nconcerning the update of the Local Signal Synchronization Plan for the Measure M\n(M2) Program.\n3. Approve the Measure M2 Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year\n2026-2027 through 2032-2033 to comply with Measure M2 eligibility criteria.\n4. Approve the addition of the following Council approved CIP projects to the Measure\nM2 Seven-Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 through\n2031-2032:\nProject Number 265125 - Flashing Beacon Installation at Four School Crossings\nProject Number 265126 - HSIP Bike Lane Enhancements\nProject Number 265127 - Signal Head Indication Upgrades\nProject Number 265128 - Edgeline Striping Installation at Various Locations\n5.
