Soccer, Inc. and The Los Angeles Kings Hockey Club, L.P. for\nthe roller rink facility at Charles H. Wilson Park for a\nfive-year (5) term beginning June 1, 2026 and ending May 31,\n2031; and\n2. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15301\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities) and Section 15302 (Class 2 –\nReplacement or Reconstruction).
