9A.Public Works – Conduct Public Hearing and Adopt RESOLUTIONS\nApproving the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and Water\nShortage Contingency Plan and Filing Plans with the California\nDepartment of Water Resources. Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the Public Works Director that City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing on the 2025 Urban Water Management\nPlan (UWMP) and\nthe Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP); and\n2. Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the 2025 UWMP and filing the\nplan with California Department of Water Resources (DWR); and\n3. Adopt a RESOLUTION approving the WSCP and filing the plan\nwith the California DWR.
