Approve a third amendment to the lease agreement with West\nTorrance Field Restoration, Inc. of Torrance, CA (C2016-086), for the\nuse of the senior baseball field at Entradero Park for an additional\nfive-year (5) period beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30,\n2031; and\n2. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15301\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities).
