(50) 25-0400\nCOMMUNICATION FROM THE LOS ANGELES HOUSING\nDEPARTMENT (LAHD) relative to amendments to the Renter\nProtection and Homelessness Prevention (RPHP) Program allocations\nin the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency\n(LACAHSA) Fiscal Year 2025-26 (FY 25-26) Expenditure Plan; and\nrelated matters.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. APPROVE the revised Expenditure Plan for the RPHP\nLACAHSA Eligible Jurisdiction funds for Fiscal Year 2025-26\nand INSTRUCT the LAHD to submit the revised Expenditure\nPlan to LACAHSA.\n2. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, LAHD, or designee, to\namend Contract No. C-204613 with Housing Operations and\nManagement, Inc. (HOM) to increase the contract amount by\n$36,345,999 to provide emergency rental assistance and\nincome support for the Alliance TLS Program, in substantial\nconformance to the draft document (Attachment A of the LAHD\nreport dated June 8, 2026, attached to the file), subject to\ncontractor’s performance, funding availability, and approval of\nthe City Attorney as to form.\n3. AUTHORIZE the General Manager, LAHD, or designee, to\nprepare Controller instructions and make necessary technical\nadjustments consistent with the Mayor and Council action on\nthis matter, subject to the approval of the City Administrative\nOfficer, and request the Controller to implement the instructions.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The LAHD reports that there is no impact on\nthe General Fund through the actions recommended in its report. The\ncontract amendment will be funded by LACAHSA RPHP funds.
