(The lawsuit alleges the City fails to implement\nspecified State Minimum Fire Safe Regulations at 14 Cal. Code Regs.\nSections 1270-1276, identifies 76 projects that allegedly do not meet\nthe regulations, and seeks to invalidate building permits issued for\nReal-Party’s single-family residence project at 10453 Sandal Lane in\nthe Bel Air - Beverly Crest area allegedly issued in violation of\nregulations.)\n(The Planning and Land Use Committee considered the above\nmatter in Closed Session on May 12, 2026.)
