(35) 26-0888\nMOTION (PARK - HUTT) relative to the installation of Safe-T Lane\nDividers along the Imperial Highway bicycle lane, from Pershing Drive\nto Imperial Boulevard to be funded by Measure R Local Return Fund.\nRecommendation for Council action:\nINSTRUCT the City Clerk to place on the agenda of the first\nregular Council meeting on July 1, 2026, or soon thereafter, the\nfollowing instructions:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $360,000 from the Measure R\nLocal Return Fund No. 51Q/94, Account No. 94Y306 (Bicycle\nPlan/Program), to the Bureau of Street Services (BSS) Fund\nNo. 100/86 for the installation of Safe-T Lane Dividers along the\nImperial Highway bicycle lane, from Pershing Drive to Imperial\nBoulevard, in Council District Eleven (CD 11), as noted in the\nMotion, attached to the Council file.\n2. AUTHORIZE the BSS to make any corrections, clarifications, or\nrevisions to the above fund transfer / appropriation instructions,\nincluding any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent\nof this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to\nfund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications /\nchanges may be made orally, electronically or by any other\nmeans.
