(2) 21-1389-S1\nCD 11 MOTION (PARK - NAZARIAN) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing\none or more series of its revenue bonds in an aggregate principal\namount not to exceed $35,000,000 (Obligations) for the purpose of\nfinancing and/or refinancing the design, construction, equipping,\nfurnishing, and installation of a new academic building on The Mirman\nSchool campus, located at 16180 Mulholland Drive in Council District\n11.\nRecommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL\nOF THE MAYOR:\n1. HOLD a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982\n(TEFRA) hearing at the City Council meeting on June 23, 2026\nat 10:00 a.m., located at 200 North Spring Street, Room 340,\nLos Angeles, California 90012.\n2. AUTHORIZE the California Enterprise Development Authority to\nissue bonds in an amount not to exceed $35,000,000 for the\npurpose of financing and/or refinancing the design,\nconstruction, equipping, furnishing, and installation of a new\nacademic building on The Mirman School campus, located at\n16180 Mulholland Drive in Council District 11.\n3. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, attached to\nthe Motion, at the City Council Meeting to be held on June 23,\n2023, located at 200 North Spring Street, Room 340, Los\nAngeles, California 90012
