(18) 26-0881\nCD 12 MOTION (LEE - HUTT) relative to Council District 12 funding for the\nBethlehem Luthern Church and School and Supporters of Law\nEnforcement in Devonshire (SOLID).\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. RESOLVE, that a total of $50,000 in the Sunshine Canyon\nCommunity Amenities Trust Fund No. 699/14 be\nallocated/appropriated for any aspect of the efforts, operations\nand expenses of the following organizations and schools:\na. $25,000 for Bethlehem Lutheran Church & School\nb. $25,000 for SOLID (Supporters of Law Enforcement in\nDevonshire)\n2. DIRECT the City Clerk to prepare and process the\nnecessary document(s) with, and/or payment(s) to, the\naforementioned organizations and schools or any other\nagency or organization, as appropriate, in the above\namounts, from the above source, and for the above\npurposes, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to\nform, if needed; and that, if needed, the Councilmember of\nthe Twelfth District be authorized to execute and such\ndocuments on behalf of the City.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any technical\ncorrections or clarifications to the above fund transfer\ninstructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
