THE CUBE ICE AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER OPERATOR AGREEMENT\nAMENDMENT - This item seeks approval to extend the term of the existing\nmanagement agreement for The Cube Ice and Entertainment Center.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize an amendment to the existing agreement with JV Ice at the Cube, LLC to\nextend the term until September 30, 2026, for management of The Cube Ice and\nEntertainment Center and increase expenditure authority in the amount $644,379, for\na total contract amount not to exceed $3,175,783.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the contract amendment and all\nassociated documents, subject to City Attorney review.
