11. RESOLUTION NO. 8618 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nHAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH LDM ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),\nHOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME), HOME-ARP, COMMUNITY PROJECT\nFUNDING (CPF), AND RELATED HOUSING PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION SERVICES.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 8618 approving a Professional Services Agreement with LDM\nAssociates, Inc. for CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP, CPF, and related housing program\nadministration services for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2032; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep a record of\ndocuments necessary to administer the Professional Services Agreement with LDM approved by\nthe City Attorney; and\n3. Approve Fiscal Year 2026-27 expenditures under the Agreement in an amount not to\nexceed $648,518.
