24. Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding with the South Bay Cities Council of\nGovernments (SBCCOG) for Homeless Services Programs.\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Approve an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the South Bay\nCities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) to expand Homeless Services programming; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all necessary documents and\namendments consistent with the Council’s action.
