RESOLUTION NO. 8613 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nHAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA, SUBMITTING A PROPOSED INCREASE IN THE CITY'S\nTRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX TO THE CITY'S VOTERS AT THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO\nBE HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2026.\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n(1) Subject to adoption by the electorate, give first reading to an Ordinance amending Chapter\n3.40 of the Hawthorne Municipal Code.\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. 8613, submitting that Ordinance to the City's voters at the municipal\nelection to be held on November 3, 2026.
