L. Award RFP #465 to Transit Ridership Software for National Transit Database (NTD) Reporting for the\nDepartment of Transportation\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines;\n2. Award RFP 465 to Urban Transportation Associates, Inc. for Transit Ridership Software\nfor National Transit Database Reporting for the Department of Transportation; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Urban Transportation\nAssociates, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $274,060 (for 3 years, with two (2) additional\n1-year renewal options in the amount of $76,540, on the same terms and conditions), for\na total amount not to exceed $350,600 over a 5-year period, with future year funding\ncontingent on Council budget approval.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
