D. Approval of Extension of Cooperative Agreement #14093 with Los Angeles County for Maintenance of\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities)\nand a finding of no possibility of significant effects pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)\n(Common Sense Exemption) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)\nGuidelines; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a first amendment to cooperative agreement\n#14093 with Los Angeles County (County) for the City to sweep the Beach Bike Trail\nwithin Santa Monica, whereby the County would reimburse the City annually, based on an\nannual proration of TDA Article 3 Funds.
