8.7 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2020-04, TELEGRAPH ROAD AT WICKER\nDRIVE/HUTCHINS DRIVE NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL - FINDING THAT PURSUANT TO\nTHE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT OF 1970, THE PROJECT IS\nCATEGORICALLY EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 15301 CLASS 1 (C), APPROVAL OF\nPLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, AND APPROVAL OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT\nWITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES – It is recommended the City Council find\nthat pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, the project is\ncategorically exempt under Section 15301 Class 1 (c) and will have no significant\neffect on the environment; approve plans and specifications for Capital Improvement\nProject No. 2020-04, Telegraph Road at Wicker Drive/Hutchins Drive New Traffic\nSignal; approve the Cooperative Agreement with the County of Los Angeles and\nauthorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and authorize the\nCity Clerk to advertise for sealed bids.\n8.7 CIP No. 2020-04 Telegraph Road at Wicker Drive
