Pursuant to San Diego Municipal Code Section 125.1\n130 and Council Policy 200-10.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nCouncil Policy 200-10 states that funding for the installation of honorary street title signs\nshall be the responsibility of the sponsoring councilmember. The councilmember shall\nidentify, obtain, and make such funds available to the Mayor or designee. Funding for this\nhonorary street title sign will be paid for by Council District 4.
