5.12 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES, INC., TO\nPROVIDE CONTINUED ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING,\nBUILDING & SAFETY, PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION CONSULTING\nSERVICES (Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 5 to the current Professional\nServices Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc., for\ncontinued On-Call Professional Civil Engineering, Building & Safety,\nPlan Review and Inspection Consulting Services, which amendment\nincreases the total maximum not-to-exceed compensation amount by\n$50,000, from $2,597,000 to $2,647,000 through the end of the\ncurrent contract term; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 5 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates,\nInc.\nItem No. 5.12\nITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR
