5.10 NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE SANTA MARGARITA PARKWAY\nPAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT (Parco)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Accept the improvements for the Santa Margarita Parkway Pavement\nRehabilitation Project; and\n2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the County\nof Orange Recorder’s Office within fifteen (15) calendar days, as\nrequired by Section 9204 of the California Civil Code; and\n3) Authorize the retention monies to be released thirty-five (35) days\nafter the Date of Recordation of the Notice of Completion, if all Stop\nNotices have been resolved and all potential claims are settled.\nItem No. 5.10
