19. AWARD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4542 TO CROSSTOWN ELECTRICAL AND DATA,\nINC AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4543 TO POWER OF FAITH CONSTRUCTION FOR\nTHE PROVISION OF ON-CALL ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4542 to Crosstown Electrical and Data, Inc. for the provision\nof electrical maintenance and repair services at City facilities and infrastructure in an amount not-to-\nexceed $165,000 annually; and\n2. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4543 to Power of Faith Construction for the provision of\nelectrical maintenance and repair services at City facilities and infrastructure in an amount not-to-exceed\n$30,000 annually; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
