25. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-47 AUTHORIZING THE RECEIPT OF FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION\nFUEL CELL ELECTRIC BUSES AND COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS BUSES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-47 authorizing the receipt of Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant funds,\nCell Electric Buses (FCEBs) and nine (9) Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses; and\n2. Amend the Transportation Department’s Fiscal Year 2026-27 adopted operating budget to appropriate\nthe FTA grant funds ($9,434,183) in Account No. 270-9068-2026-070 to purchase three (3) FCEBs and\nnine (9) CNG buses; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action as may be desirable.
