31. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4546 WITH STAFFORD LIGHTS FOR CITY HALL\nLIGHTING INSTALLATION\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Professional Services Agreement No. 4546 with Stafford Lights for City Hall lighting installation\nin an amount not-to-exceed $59,999; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to take actions necessary to execute and finalize an agreement on behalf of\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
