30. ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 2496 GRANTING OIL PIPELINE FRANCHISE TO CRIMSON CALIFORNIA\nPIPELINE L.P.\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Ordinance No. 2496 granting an oil pipeline franchise to Crimson California Pipeline L.P.; and\n2. Authorize the continuation of pipeline operations within the public right-of-way under the updated\nterms and conditions set forth in the ordinance; and,\n3. Take such additional and/or related action that may be desirable.
