26. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4545 WITH TRANSTRACK SYSTEMS INC TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES\nFOR FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION REPORTING\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve Agreement No. 4545 with Transtrack Systems, Inc. (Transtrack Systems) for a three-year (3\nyear) term for a total not-to-exceed amount of $128,205, to provide software licensing and support\nservices in accordance with the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) reporting requirements for\nMontebello Bus Lines’ (MBL); and\nMontebello; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action as may be desirable.
