23. ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH MAOF PROPERTIES, INC. FOR THE USE\nOF A DIGITAL MESSAGE BOARD FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 401 N. GARFIELD AVENUE\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\nand MAOF Properties Inc.; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and any non-substantive\nadministrative documents necessary to implement the Agreement; and\n3. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
