21. APPROVE AGREEMENT NO. 4544 WITH ION SECURITY & FIRE SYSTEMS INC. FOR SECURITY AND FIRE\nALARM MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award Professional Services Agreement No. 4544 to Ion Security & Fire Systems Inc. for the provision\nof security and fire alarm monitoring, maintenance and repair services in an amount not-to-exceed\n$86,000 annually; and\n2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
