4. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-40 CONFIRMING THE ENGINEER'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENT FOR THE\nNATASHA LANE SEWER AND STORM WATER PUMP STATION ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-2 AND\nLEVYING ASSESSMENTS ON ASSESSABLE LOTS AND PARCELS OF LAND IN SAID DISTRICT FOR\nFISCAL YEAR 2026-2027\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct the public hearing for the Fiscal Year 2026-27 annual levy of assessments for the Natasha Lane\nSewer and Storm Water Pump Station Assessment District No. 2005-2; and\n2. Receive and tabulate all assessment ballots submitted pursuant to Article XIII D of the California\nConstitution (Proposition 218);\n3. Determine whether a majority protest exists; and\n4. If no majority protest exists, adopt Resolution No. 26-40 (Attachment A) confirming the Engineer's Report\nand levying assessments on assessable lots and parcels of land within the Natasha Lane Sewer and\nStorm Water Pump Station Assessment District No. 2005-2 for Fiscal Year 2026-27; or
