3. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-39 CONFIRMING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026–27 ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR\nTHE ANNUAL NATASHA LANE LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2005-1 AND LEVYING SUCH\nASSESSMENTS\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and adopt Resolution No. 26-39 (Attachment A) confirming the Fiscal Year\n2026-27 Engineer’s Report (Attachment B) for the Annual Natasha Lane Landscape Assessment District\nNo. 2005-1; and\n2. Authorize the Levying of the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Assessments; and\n3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
