RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Award a Professional Consultant Services
Agreement to Glenn A. Rick Engineering & Development Company for
Design Services of Neighborhood Park Renovations - Cavanaugh Park
Improvements (25P08) in the amount of $589,107. 2. Authorize the Mayor
to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the award of contract to Glenn A. Rick
Engineering & Development Company.
