FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 SOFTWARE LICENSES
RECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Approve the Third Amendment to the
Agreement with Softchoice, Inc., for Microsoft Office software licenses. 2.
Authorize the Mayor to sign, and the City Clerk to attest, the third
amendment with Softchoice, Inc., substantially in the form attached.
