Authorize the CityManager to execute aDensity Bonus Agreementwith BDC Santa Ana LLC,for a 55-year covenant term,for a for-sale residentialdevelopment consisting of athirty-six (36) unit single-family detached residentialsubdivision, which includesthree (3) units designatedas affordable to very low-income and three (3) unitsaffordable to moderate-income households at 2100West Alton Avenue(Agreement No. A-2026-XXX); and3. Determine that, pursuantto the CaliforniaEnvironmental Quality Act(CEQA) and the CEQAGuidelines, therecommended action(below) is exempt fromfurther review under Section15332 (Class 32) of theCEQA Guidelines (In-FillDevelopment Projects).
