Approve the Project CostAnalysis for a totalestimated constructiondelivery cost of $4,211,250,which includes $3,369,000for the construction contract,$505,350 for contractadministration, inspection,and testing, and a $336,900for unanticipated orunforeseen work.5. Award a constructioncontract to Onyx PavingCompany, Inc., the lowestresponsible bidder, inaccordance with the basebid and bid alternates in theamount of $3,369,000,subject to change orders,for construction of the LocalStreet PreventativeMaintenance FY 25/26Project (No. 26-6907), for aterm beginning July 8, 2026and authorize the CityManager to execute thecontract.6. Determine that pursuantto the CaliforniaEnvironmental Quality Actthe recommended actionsare exempt from furtherreview. CategoricalExemption EnvironmentalReview No. ER-2026-39 willbe filed for Project No. 26-6907.
