The Chollas Valley Community Planning Group has appealed the Planning Commission's decision approving the Emerald Hills Project PRJ-1107880, located at 5702 Old Memory Lane which included the approval of Vesting Tentative Map No. PMT-3262907, Site Development Permit No. PMT-3262906, Neighborhood Development Permit No. PMT-3273605, and Neighborhood Use Permit No. PMT- 3286476. According to San Diego Municipal Code Section 112.0508(f), Power to Act on Appeal, the City Council may: Affirm Planning Commission’s decision to grant the permits and the Vesting Tentative Map; Affirm Planning Commission’s decision to grant the permits and the Vesting Tentative Map, with modifications; or Reverse Planning Commission’s decision to grant the permits and the Vesting Tentative Map. Directing the City Attorney to prepare the appropriate Resolutions according to Section 40 of the City Charter. This item is not subject to the Mayor's veto.
